The 60-night guarantee

Try PM-01 for up to 60 nights. If mornings don't change — or you simply change your mind — contact us and we'll refund your order in full. No forms. No hoops. Return the bottle even if it's empty.

How to start a return

1. Email support@evershadelabs.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
3. Drop the package at any carrier location.
4. Refund lands on your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled anytime from your account. Any charge from the most recent cycle is eligible for a full refund under the 60-night guarantee.

Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping on every order. Complimentary returns, always — we cover the label both ways.
